Cyclothon

To celebrate “World Environment Day” (2022), all cadets took part in a cycle drive to spread awareness regarding environmental conservation under the slogan of “Save Soil”. The cadets were part of 190 cyclists who cycled across Bengaluru for the cause.

Blood Donation Camp

In collaboration with ‘Victoria Hospital’, 1 KAR ARMD SQN NCC TP-3 organized a blood donation camp in 2022 for all students and civilians. The donated blood was meant to provide free blood to victims of burns and acid attacks. A total of 115 units of blood were collected by the end of the day.

Veterans Meet

In 2022, cadets of 1 KAR ARMD SQN NCC TP-3 honored the families of Indian Army Braves by providing them with momentos, on the occasion of “Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav”. Cadets were assisted by the PI Staff as well.

Yoga Day & Sessions

On 21st June 2022, cadets celebrated the ‘International Yoga Day’ at Sam Manekshaw parade ground, Bengaluru. After our honorable Prime Minister’s address, 1 KAR ARMD SQN NCC TP-3 along with other of units of Karnataka & Goa directorate performed yoga. Respective troops of the unit took part in a one-hour yoga session at the university premises.

National Unity Day Run

On the occasion of ‘Rashtriya Ekta Divas’, 2022 (National Unity Day), cadets took part in a 2km run and pledged as well.

Cleanliness Drive

Cadets have conducted more than three cleanliness drives so far. They include our own college premises, neighboring areas of our college and Halasuru lake. This included picking garbage and sweeping. ‘Puneeth Sagar Abhiyan’, a national cleanliness drive for the cause of cleaning water bodies was also conducted by the cadets.

Plantation Drive

Cadets have planted few saplings on the outskirts of Halasuru lake and within our college.

Constitution Day Campaign

On the 26th of November 2022, cadets campaigned around the college with their handmade placards, spreading awareness and interacting with students with regard to ‘Constitution Day’ and ‘Anti-Fake News’.
