Presentation Formats
Oral Presentations
Duration : Each oral presentation will be allotted 10 minutes and includes a 2 minute Q and A session. Visual aids (e.g., PowerPoint slides) are encouraged for presentation.
Technical Help : Presenters will have access to a computer, projector, and microphone. Slides should be submitted in advance, in PPT/PDF format, to ensure compatibility.
Timing : Strict adherence to the time limit is essential.
Poster Presentations
Dimensions : Posters should not exceed 36”(width) X 48”(length)-Portrait.
Content : Posters should summarize the key aspects of the research including title,
authors, affiliations, objectives, methodology, key findings and conclusions, acknowledgements and references.
Materials : Posters should be printed and mounted on the provided boards. The materials for mounting will be provided.
Interactive Session : Authors will have designated time slots for an interactive poster session to discuss their research and answer questions from attendees.
