Due to the ongoing Final Examinations for many students, we have received requests to postpone the entrance test. In response, we are rescheduling the Online Entrance Test (SJUET) for all five programs offered by the School of Communication and Media Studies (SCMS).
The online SJUET originally scheduled for 23 March will now be held on 06 April 2025. The syllabus for the SCMS SJUET April 2025 has already been posted. A Zoom link with time slots will be mailed to you by 03 April.

Admission Process: The applicants must fill in complete information on the online application form and upload all required certificates (whatever is available) and photos.
Selection Process: The candidates have to appear for an entrance test.
SJUET B.Voc. Digital Media & Animation
Entrance test pattern:
· Oral entrance test, followed by interviews (for each cycle of admissions, new syllabi will be posted)
· Mode: online
· Syllabus: Specific material for viewing and reading will be emailed to the shortlisted candidates before the exam, and also posted on SJU website.
Candidates will be tested based on:
a. General knowledge/ current affairs (5 Marks)
b. Language, grammar, and logic (5 Marks)
c. Program knowledge (5 Marks)
d. Creativity, critical thinking skills (15 Marks)
e. Interview (20 Marks)
Total marks: 50.
Duration: 01 Hour
Please note: Animation students will have an additional drawing test before the entrance exam, on the same day.
The shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. There are two rounds in the interview. The dates of the online entrance test and the subsequent interview will be announced on the website. Once the final interview is over, candidates have to pay their programme fee within 7 days,
and the mode of payment must be online
