Welcome to St Joseph’s University!!!!

Kindly note that the student orientation program for the first year Undergraduate and Postgraduate students for the academic year 2025-2026 will be held on the 17^th,18^th,19^th, and 20^th of June 2025 on the University campus. This is a mandatory program to be attended by all first-year students. Attending student orientation at a university is crucial for familiarizing oneself with campus resources and building a support network with peers and faculty. It sets the foundation for academic success and smooth integration into university life.

The orientation program is organised in different batches. The students should report to the campus on their respective day of the orientation(https://drive.google.com/file/d/1p7ikUTUDlv29GDzNs-cTuyHxU4lTvUwu/view?usp=sharing), and the help desk will assist in directing the students to the respective venues, based on the program chosen by the students.

The details regarding the orientation dates and venues (programme-wise) can be seen in the document attached. All the students are expected to report to the campus by 8.30 AM. The reporting time should be strictly adhered to. Kindly note that the information regarding your respective sections will be provided by the help desk. Lunch will not be provided. Students can carry their own lunch or use the canteen facility available.

REGULAR CLASSES WILL COMMENCE FROM THE 23^rd OF JUNE 2025. The register numbers and the login credentials to access the student portal will be sent by intimation shortly.

Note: - Parents’ Orientation will take place on the same day.
