Natural Science Association

Vision:

Natural Science Association was established in the year 1957. It was the brain child of Zoology Department of St.Joseph’s College (Autonomous), Bangalore. This Association is one of the oldest and has been active from the past 63 years. It was with an aim of providing a platform for Co-Curricular activities that NSA was established.

Mission:

‘Education consists of not only academics but also consists of Co-Curricular and Extra –Curricular activities’. Natural Science association has imparted knowledge to many batches of students which is the largest in the country and still strives to reach out to each and every student on campus and outside the campus providing an opportunity to them to learn new things. NSA continues to do their best in successfully organizing all kind of activities.

Objectives:

Student oriented initiatives of inculcating information and knowledge on the world of animals. Natural Science Associations conducts Zoo talks, workshops on various aspects, Webinars, seminars, outdoor activities like Birding, field visits, Nature walks, Volunteering programs etc. Providing a platform to share views, thoughts and work experiences and helping other fellow students.
