About the Hackathon:

The Sustainability Hackathon 2024 is your chance to collaborate, ideate, and innovate on solutions addressing today's sustainability challenges. Open to graduate, post-graduate, and PhD students, this event aims to foster innovative thinking aligned with core themes centered around Corporate Sustainability.

Hackathon Process:

• Registration: Teams of 5 with a faculty member committed to addressing sustainability challenges register online.
• Kickoff: All partcipating teams come together for the Kick-off on January 18, 2024 - St. Joseph's University, Bangalore. Participants will be engaged in workshops by industry & key theme experts.
• Introduction to challenge: Participants will be introduced to real life business challenges of business or social enterprises that they will then work on for next month and a half.
•  Engagement Sessions through January & February 2024: Ideation, online workshops, and mentoring by industry leaders.
• Idea Submissions: Students submit their plans for sustainable solutions to thier respective business challenges
•  Idea Selection: The organizing committee will review submissions to select teams that will go on to present their ideas.
• Idea presentation: selected teams will present their ideas at the ICBD 5.0 at St. Joseph's University, Bengaluru
•  Winners announced: Winners will be announced at the ICBD 5.0
