St. Joseph’s University has been efficiently producing outstanding results in national camps having contributed 37 cadets for REPUBLIC DAY CAMP and 26 cadets for ALL INDIA VAYU SAINIK CAMP and numerous cadets for ALL INDIA MOUNTAINEERING EXPEDITIONS, IAF/IA ATTACHMENT and LEADERSHIP CAMPS. The cadets from St. Joseph's University have received the Gold Medal in the Senior Division Best Cadet Competition, awarded by the Prime Minister of our country, for the second consecutive year in 2023 and 2024.

1. REPUBLIC DAY CAMP

In the Year 2023 LFC V Sai Subramanian and for the Second Consecutive Year in 2024 CWO Prajwal Tenginkai Received the Coveted Prime Minister’s Baton from Shri Narendra Modi during the Annual NCC Prime Minister’s Rally in Delhi. CWO Manya Kenchain DJ bagged the Silver Medal in the SW Category in the same year.

2. ALL INDIA VAYU SAINIK CAMP

Having a record-breaking year of contributing 8 cadets from a single institution at all India Vayu Sainik Camp 2023, the cadets also secured 3 medals in various competitions. CDT Alan Shaju bagged the silver medal in skeet shooting competition and CDT/CPL Manya Kenchain DJ received the bronze medal in the SW category. LFC Shiwangi Mishra received the bronze medal in flying competition in the SW category.

3. MOUNTAINEERING CAMPS

In 2023, two cadets CWO Suman Kumawat and LFC Mohammed Mutahir were selected to attend prestigious NCC mountaineering camps, including BMC and AMC, as well as participating in a challenging mountaineering expedition. The following year, in 2024, LFC Mohammed Mutahir was selected to attend a specialized search and rescue camp, further showcasing the advanced training and achievements of the NCC cadets.
