About the Department
The Ignitors Program at the Centre for Human Excellence is committed to fostering the personal, social, and professional development of students through transformative, values-driven education. Rooted in holistic development and ethical leadership, our program empowers students to thrive in diverse life contexts—both within and beyond the classroom.
We offer a range of experiential modules, including Life Skills, which focus on personal growth, emotional intelligence, communication, and resilience for holistic development; Social Analysis, where students critically engage with contemporary issues in Indian society; Professional Skills, which prepare students for placements and workplace success; and a Gratitude Program that fosters reflection and closure at the culmination of their college journey.
Our approach blends evidence-based frameworks with interactive learning, drawing from psychology, sociology, and communication theory. Students develop emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and practical competencies that support lifelong resilience, collaboration, and purpose-driven action.
Whether preparing for careers, contributing to social change, or deepening personal insight, the Life Skills Department equips students to lead with empathy, clarity, and confidence.
