A passionate academician, gold medalist, having 20 years of teaching experience, working with an aim of bringing some significant desirable behavior modification in students by facilitating them as lifelong learners and not just degree holders who translate learning into real-life behavior and action. Authored a book, contributed chapters for 7 edited books and published 10 research articles in UGC listed journals, organized International & National Seminars, Webinar, Certificate Courses, participated & presented papers in more than 30 national and international conferences and seminars. Appointed as subject expert by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) to prepare e-content materials, created own YouTube channel and uploaded 50 video lectures. Awarded 4 times as Best Teacher by various organizations. Serve as a Resource person for various Faculty Development Programs. Eager to transform many students to become responsible citizens with multiple skills to face challenges in life.

Ms Rini Roshan 

Life Skills Trainer,Center for Human Excellence

Ms Rini Roshan is a trainer and counselor with a focus on holistic development of adolescents and young adults. She holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling, equipping her with insights into emotional well-being, family dynamics and effective communication- skills essential for working with students and their families. With over 8 years of experience Mrs. Rini Roshan has conducted interactive workshops and created tailored learning modules that address the emotional-behavioral, academic and social needs of young learners. She has played a key role in Human Resource Development training, with a focus on building self-confidence, leadership and personality development, empowering students with essential life skills. She has led flagship initiatives like the Junior MBA program where students work from ideation to prototype creation thereby encouraging creativity, collaboration and critical thinking among adolescents. Her award winning Master’s thesis on The Impact of Parental Stress on Family Communication, offers insights that support student well-being, enhance parent engagement and promote effective family outreach thereby contributing to a more holistic support system.

Mr Kevin G. is a versatile professional with a distinctive blend of expertise in Engineering, Psychology, and Life Skills Training. Passionate about empowering individuals, he believes that many personal and professional challenges arise from underdeveloped skills — and has dedicated his career to bridging that gap. With extensive experience in psychotherapy, corporate counselling, and life skills development, he has supported both organisations and individuals in achieving meaningful growth and transformation. His integrative approach combines Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), creating dynamic, results-oriented interventions that foster self-awareness, resilience, and peak performance. Driven by a deep commitment to human potential, he strives to inspire positive change and guide others in unlocking their fullest capabilities.
